Após retornar ao Brasil, estabeleceu-se na fazenda ao lado de sua esposa, Mana, onde construiu sua história. O casal teve duas filhas, e hoje, a herdeira legítima, junto com seus filhos, está à frente do repasse dessas terras.
Seu Zezé foi um grande produtor rural, dedicando-se ao cultivo de melancia e batata, enquanto Mana se destacava na produção de hortaliças, legumes, ovos, verduras e frutas. Entre os principais produtos cultivados pela família estavam:

After returning to Brazil, he settled on the farm with his wife, Mana, where they built their legacy. The couple had two daughters, and today, the legitimate heir, along with her children, is leading the sale of the property.
Seu Zezé was a prominent farmer, growing watermelons and potatoes, while Mana was known for her cultivation of vegetables, legumes, eggs, greens, and fruits. The familys main products included:
